The World is a small village thanks to globalization; it is made up of different countries which have different cultures and beliefs. There are countries which are home to many different cultures but they are able to coexist together peacefully. Cultures distinguish the way of life among people, and thus what one community belief may not necessarily be the same when compared with another community further, the success of a nation is dependent on the ability of different cultures working together (Munley, 2011). Therefore the globalization of many industries and the interdependence of nations make the understanding of the diverse cultures hugely important.
