There are different principles that can be used to explain the government’s role in defending the civil liberties and rights of its citizens. When these principles are correct, they used by the government by the government with huge confidence. Basically, any loyal citizen sees value in all those principles above popularity, and others that work with the main focus of building popularity for the political parties. According to the proper roles of the government in defending the liberties and rights of its citizens, it must put into use some sound principles. The fortification of civil liberties and civil rights build one of the most important political value in the American society. Unfortunately, the people with the task of testing these liberties and rights in courts do not exemplify the ideal citizens.
