Human extinction is a topic of discussion in different research spaces. Using a hypothesis, the meaning of human extinction is the complete wiping out of the human race from the face of the earth. In other words, human extinction could hypothetically mean the end of the human race. There are several scenarios that researchers peg as possible causes of future human extinction. The reasons could either be natural or due to human interference. Some of the sighted plots of human extinction include; the collapse of the ecology, climate change, biological warfare, advanced artificial intelligence, or biological warfare among other scenarios (Dudley & Woodford, 2002).
