Introduction
The ramification of the American president, Abraham Lincoln with his power and intelligence emancipated the north during the civil wars. The emancipation proclamation of Lincoln took an effect in 1863 civil war with an aim of ending the rampant slavery in the countries or states which were in the rebellion. This happened after the Federal government of the United States to abolish slavery was very limited by the laws that governed the state; due to his extend love and heartfelt for humanity during American civil war, he issued a proclamation under article II, section 2 of the American constitution as the commander in chief of the Army and Navy that addresses the slaves to be free persons in the state where rebellion was still excessive.
The reliefs of the northern part of America were in the hands of President Lincoln since it is during his war powers when they were freed from slaves, with his continued efforts and immediate action plans, many slaves were freed at once in January 1863. Controversies arises in the north to end slavery but under the proclaimed emancipation that also pressed the advancement in army as the freed slaves were given the opportunity to join the United States Army with the majority being blacks or the ex-slaves and this revolutionized the north to win the war. He set to be an example to different states of the northern parts as Maryland also in 1864 in their constitution abolished slavery, and due to its contribution during civil war shows his support, moral value and his political involvement.
