OVERVIEW:
For this assignment, consult with a friend, family member, coworker, or fellow student to identify a target behavior that the person does not currently have but would like to have. Some examples include, but are not limited to, things like improving physical fitness, developing assertive behavior, increasing motivation, becoming more organized, overcoming a fear of some type, eliminating a bad habit, and so on.
Examine the acquisition of the target behavior using need theory, expectancy theory, and adult learning theory. Develop a learning strategy for the person to acquire that behavior. Identify the ethical and spiritual considerations that would be important to address in terms of motivating the individual toward acquiring the desired behavior.
Present your findings in academic essay for professional papers with a cover page and reference page. Support your conclusions with the textbook and a minimum of one scholarly journal article. Make sure to integrate biblical principles including scriptural support as part of the overall learning strategy.
