In 106 C suit surveys the executives 91 both private public companies were represented in 17 countries. After a research the author noticed that 85% were not diagnosing problems correctly and 87% come to an agreement that the flaw was costly. One out of ten agreed that they had no effects on the issues of problem solving but they are struggling with figuring out where the problem is.
Due to the above research creative solutions come from various alternatives for reframing. Reframing point does not find the real problem but it helps to see if there is a better problem that can be solved. The author several practical in reframing process and these are:
1 Establish legitimacy
2 Value outsiders point into discussion
3 Value others writing definition
