Introduction
The tort law in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia is based on the sharia laws and principles. Saudi law, in general, is based on their primary religion, which is Islam. The law requires all Muslims to abide by the available law statutes which have been placed to help in deciding on the tort cases. Judges are therefore needed at all times to have their principles abided by primarily through being able to interpret and apply each one of them individually with the most minimal problems. Additionally, the nature of the tort laws and other legal issues in Saudi Arabia have changed drastically, especially as a result of improved technological advancements (Talbi, 2015). More special cases, therefore, keep coming up and it is the responsibility of the country to have a perfect court system which can take care of them in a procedure that perfectly follows the reforms for resolving complex issues. Saudi Arabia has always been perceived as a tribal society, and therefore, it has critical tort systems which lack a proper overhaul which can be used by the judges under the court systems to offer good judgment.
On the other hand, tort laws in the United Kingdom include negligence, which plays a massive role in judicial jurisdictions. Negligence is more claimed in tort cases as it seems more convenient with its specific rules and regulations. It has also played an enormous role in the history of tort laws in the UK and for that matter, it is more than respected by all citizens (Muhametaj, 2017). It can be applied based on liability to offer great comments on different types of cases.
