In the modern era, digital technology has been an aspect of our daily life experiences ranging from networking to business operations. Over 48 hours, I have realized that I spend five hours on digital technology translating to two and a half hours daily on average. The primary digital technology applications that I mostly use includes emails, snapchats, imessages, and instagrams with instagram and snapchats applications having an effect on relationship, leisure time, and social networking and imessages and emails affecting my work-related aspects. 70% of that time is spent on work-related applications and 25% of it on social networking 30%.
