There are basic human rights that every human being should enjoy regardless of his or her country of origin. Everyone should enjoy these rights from birth to death unless restricted under special circumstances. Some of these rights are based on fairness, dignity, equality, respect, and independence among others. This essay lists and discusses these fundamental rights and highlights the conditions under which someone can be denied or restricted from enjoying their rights.
