Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the information technologies that has gained attention recently because of its impact on the business world. Technology has provided more advantages to the business and added value to the company. In the late years, most organizations have focused more on artificial intelligence to benefit from the large data computation capacity.
Even though the technology has attracted much attention in the business world, some organizations struggle to implement it in their daily operations. Such organization struggle because they lack the understanding of how technology creates business value and which values they should expect from the technology. To understand the concept of artificial technology, an individual must understand the terms artificial and intelligence, where intelligence may be described as involving mental, like learning and reasoning.
