Leadership role by an individual in an organization dictates the performance of the firm and its responsibility in the society and the country at large. Effective leaders play a crucial role in an organization's development. Leaders who are competent and capable usually have excellent communication skills and are team leaders setting the pace towards the development of a firm. They also motivate other employees to emulate them, thus improving the company's performance and its reputation in the economy.

The aim of this particular topic is the analysis of various leadership strategies that are crucial for running an organization. Effective leaders have multiple policies for communicating the organization's vision, setting goals, and excellent decision-making skills(Fiol,1999).
