Change management is the course of change and development within a business. It is essentially a logical approach which deals with change from the perspective of an organization and the individual, (Burke, 2017). 
According to (Seran, Pellegrin-Boucher & Gurau, 2016), change management involves following particular procedures which starts by identifying the bank branches that need to be closed. The bank management will then issue a press on the branches t need to be closed before the date of closure is set. In addition, it will be important to know who will decide branch closure. This will be followed by identifying the stakeholders who are likely to be affected by the change and to provide counseling and retraining to the displaced. Moreover, the management team will aim at assessing the scope and scale of the closure plan to all staff and to ensure that project leaders are identified prior to setting branch closures.
Furthermore, change management closure can only be successful when the managers are well briefed on the problem to win their support since the briefing play a significant role in identifying the branches that need to be closed. Thereafter, there will be need to acquire information for the proposed branches to be closed. This will be used to determine closure programs prior to disseminating lessons learnt about change management.
