Organizational diagnosis is an operative technique of looking into a business to pinpoint gaps in existing and anticipated performance to come up with ways to accomplish organization’s objectives. Such diagnosis has advanced in the recent past from a method used as part of the organizational growth course to a significant system in its own right. Organizational diagnosis aims at detecting challenges facing the firm and determines their causes so that the leadership can strategize how to resolve the problems. There are several diagnostic models, including the six-box organizational model, the 7-S framework, the star model, and the four-frame model (Palmer & Buchanan, 2017). Each of the models has its benefits and can be used in different situations depending on the goals of the organization. Interestingly, the Bible has its own perspective on organizational change and how it impacts growth.
