The primary purpose of this study is to identify how less-than-truckload companies will evolve
after the pandemic and work to improve relation with their customers. It will also identify the
economic factors that have hindered performance and what is being done to work around those
issues. Through thorough examination of how shippers and receivers are also impacting
truckload operations we can then understand how to properly address and fix the constraints
that is causing damaged and lost freight as well as affecting on-time performance metrics. New
innovations in technology and improvements in processes will provide the edge LTL carriers will
need to propel themselves into the upper echelons of preferred transportation providers

The six major parts which are included in a typical research paper in their respective order are
Cover Page; which contains the students and institutional details
An Abstract: It provides a summary of what the research paper is going to talk about. The abstract is usually not longer than a page or two.
Introduction: The introduction provides a summary of the details of the research. The introduction should always catch the reader's attention through relevant background information on the topic, wrapped up in a well-developed thesis statement.
Literature Review Analysis: It provides details on the existing empirical research about the topic. It also highlights what is not covered in the obtained empirical resources to show how important the research is.
Methodology: This highlights the data collection, analysis, and presentation methods. The methods are always detailed and relevant to the research context.
Conclusions, Recommendations, and Future Work; Sums up the content and provides valid recommendations based on the research results.
Bibliography: This provides the list of the sources used at the end of the paper.
