The main goal of this project is to trace an able partner to join the companies supply chain after a successful supplier product agreement. As such, the scope of this project, the final deliverable for this project, is a supplier product agreement between J&J and Allied Distributors for the production of medical devices. The benefits of introducing a new supply chain partner will not only result in enhanced supply chain knowledge but also will aid in lowering inventory levels, transportation, and warehousing costs. Still, the supplier product agreement, which is the end deliverable, will enhance observation of J&J supply chain management practices precisely the company’s credo. The timeline for this project is projected at a maximum of 25 days. The project sponsor and manager included, the team to participate in this development entails six members. The number assumption for the project at hand is the 25-day estimation for the supplier product agreement to be achieved. On the other side of the road, the budget allocation could be the major constraint.
