Three Training Evaluation Models Applied in Organizations (Essay Sample)

Instructions:

This essay focuses on the primary training evaluation models that an organization may use to train its employees. I was required to focus on Kirkpatrick, Brinkerhoff, and Phillips’s training evaluation models. I established that Kirkpatrick’s ROE Model uses four levels of training criteria to evaluate both formal and informal coaching effectiveness.
Phillips’ ROI Model is a modification of Kirkpatrick’s ROE Model, and it seeks to address the weaknesses that feature in Kirkpatrick’s ROE Model. On the other hand, Brinkerhoff’s SCM differs from the other two models in that it focuses on extreme cases during the training evaluation program.
