Abstract
The recent financial crises justify the reason why my employer was forced to respond to various challenges during the previous 18 months. Some of the major challenges that affected the overall health of the company include low morale among employees, increasing levels of stress, and high employee turnover. Failure to update software applications is another critical issue that contributed to the challenges facing the company. Meanwhile, the remaining executives believed that the enforcement of re-organization would introduce a successful operation throughout the company. The following paper will define what should be understood by the executive leaders. A general interpretation of development process within the organization will be considered. In this case, change strategies that matter not only in the short term, but also in the long term. Thus, it would be appropriate if change strategies are prioritized.
