The issue of Yoga's effectiveness in improving a person's long-term well-being has been under concern, leading to the conduction of studies to reach conclusions. Yoga practices help to create mental calmness and clarity for individuals undertaking them. Yoga also increases body awareness, minimizes chronic stress, centers attention and mental relaxation, and sharpens concentration. Yoga has been more valuable to people's life. In studies, Yoga has been proven to offer significant improvements in perceived stress, fatigue, energy, anxiety, and depression. This article aims to see if Yoga can help people achieve long-term happiness. It will present a bold argument that Yoga improves one's long-term well-being (Act Moszeik et al. 2020). I will present my argument for the conclusion yoga improves one's long-term well-being. After replying to an objection, my argument will be analyzed to give reasonable conclusions.
The argument that Yoga effectively improves one's long-term well-being?
The argument I have raised is the benefit of Yoga for improving one's long-term well-being because it helps people gain en suite experiences to get along in life towards a good way of spending the day. The yoga techniques taught to get into a prolonged healthy practice against stressful situations can greatly affect one's health and well-being.
Premise 1: Yoga can be used as an added therapy in certain conditions, and in studies, it has been proven to add value to one's life. (Yao et al., 2019)
Premise 2: Yoga can be used to help get rid of chronic injuries and chronic pain. (Yao et al., 2019)
Premise 3: The yoga techniques taught can help improve one's mental well-being. (Yao et al., 2019)
Premise 4: Yoga helps focus your mind and attention, leading to greater cognitive performance. (Act Moszeik et al. 2020)
Premise 5: Yoga can help a person remain calm and focus on the present. (Yao et al., 2019)
Conclusion: Yoga is effective in improving one's long-term well-being.
In the modern era of technology, people tend to isolate themselves from other people and pass the day using technology to get a good life; they may have thought. It is a great tendency as it signifies misunderstanding our own needs and values. Getting healthy and fit is necessary for a good life as nobody works hard like they forgot to relax and unwind.
The argument that Yoga depreciates one's long-term well-being?
My argument is the depreciating effects Yoga has on one's long-term well-being. It is because Yoga recommends practicing pranayama to reduce breathing that can cause lung congestion. This practice reduces the number of breaths taken into the body, thus causing physical damage and decreasing one's overall health and well-being.

Premise 2: Sleeping can be achieved naturally, eliminating the need for sleeping pills which will cause side effects. (Hawkins et al., 2019)

Premise 4: Practicing pranayama can cause lung congestion. (Yao et al., 2019)
Conclusion: Yoga depreciates one's long-term well-being.
There's little doubt that Yoga can improve one's long-term health, but it's up to the person conducting the practice to understand how their body will respond. If practicing pranayama can cause lung congestion, it should be modified to suit the needs of the practitioners.
The argument that Yoga effectively improves one's long-term well-being is strong as long as the person understands their body to treat it well. The idea that Yoga depreciates one's long-term well-being is weak as it can be disputed if the practice is modified to create question marks on the practice of pranayama. Yoga should be practiced to know how the individual should react to it should be left in place. Studies and research have supported this argument to bring forth a good argument. This argument will hold on as long as the person doing the practice understands what is happening and adjusts their approach as needed.
The objector can be countered as it can be suspected that the objector is concerned about the long-term effects of the practice and not the present results. Exercise can be modified to promote health and well-being. In this argument, there is a fallacy that its strengths have been overstated. The research has been cautious about the practices being used in the studies. The reader can have a positive view of the uses of Yoga in improving a person's long-term well-being.
