However, humanity's fall into sin reflects God's moral attributes, such as the reality of evil and the consequences of disobedience. Human nature is a complex and extensively debated topic that refers to the inherent qualities and characteristics that define what it means to be human. Humans are naturally inclined towards social interactions, forming social connections and relationships. The ability to empathize and be altruistic is another aspect of human nature that enables us to understand and respond to the needs of others (Black, 2022). Regarding human purposes, there are different perspectives, with some believing that we exist to fulfill a divine plan or achieve enlightenment, while others believe our purpose is self-determined. While some attribute these issues to innate human selfishness and greed, others point to factors like inequality, environmental degradation, and political instability as significant contributors. Ultimately, it is likely that individual and societal issues contribute to the root cause of human problems. Christians consider Jesus the central figure in their faith and believe he is God's Son. They believe that Jesus was sent to Earth by God to redeem humanity from sin and Trinity's second individual. Jesus is considered to be both fully human and fully divine, which is known as the hypostatic union. According to the Bible, Jesus was born of a virgin in Bethlehem and grew up in Nazareth. He started his public ministry when he was about thirty years old (Hawthorne, 2023). During his time on Earth, Jesus performed miracles, taught about God's love and mercy, and called people to repentance and faith in God. Jesus's main goal was to proclaim the Kingdom of God and bring salvation to humanity.
