A model of Physical Fitness Plan
Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being in which an individual can actively perform activities without undue fatigue. Accordingly, FITT relates to the physical exercise frequency, intensity, type, and time that should be determined by personal physical fitness goals and objectives in the plan.
