Ethics or Moral philosophy is a discipline that works to identify what is morally right or wrong while differentiating what is needed in each scenario. The word often refers to any moral values or morals scheme and philosophy. How are we supposed to live? Do we want to be content and to learn, to be noble, or to make lovely objects? Will it be our own or all are a joy if we choose gladness? Ethics addresses these issues at every level (Driver, 2013). The main concern of this initiative is the essence of ultimate value and principles by which human action may be measured as good and evil. Their subject matter is central to pragmatic judgments. Ethical principles are autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and fidelity. Each of these has played a significant role in shaping my understanding of how the world today works. Additionally, I feel that these principles have been critical in motivating my comprehension of how human beings make decisions in various environments.
Autonomy is a state or condition of self-governance of guiding somebody's life following genuine purposes, principles, or passions. Individual autonomy is an idea that usually refers to the ability to live one's own life for goals and intentions taken by oneself, not the product of manipulation and deformity of external influences. For a variety of reasons, ethics is essential. First of all, ethics is essential since they provide us with the foundation to understand good and bad concepts (Mizzoni, 2009). Ethics helps us to comprehend how any situation can be reacted to much before it occurs. There is a situational ethic that tells us what to do and not just what to do, but our reactions are due to our built-in system of values. I have once had an experience with situational ethics, where I was building a Kernel for my dad's dog. I was required to make using bricks by polystyrene was a choice for me since nobody would know. I chose to use bricks, although it was harder and less convenient for me. Being able to make this wise decision on my own has improved my understanding of various situations.
