Nglanggeran community encounters various natural calamities. These include earthquakes, floods from coastal storms, and volcanic eruptions from the active volcanoes. These calamities are causes unrest and disturbance of daily life activities. No one indeed knows when a disaster will strike, but it is good to have some plans and exercises in place to mitigate such emergency incidences. It is also true that there is nothing we can do to prevent these calamities. However, taking precautions before, during, and after this menace is very important.
