ALthough federal actions exist to tackle inequities, there is inadequate capacity to advocate for racial equity within state jurisdictions with the worst cases . HOWEVER, civil society organizations specialized in championing human rights issues concerning discrimination affects both enforcement and prevention. Thus, the national and state governments need to allocate funds to ensure that both public and private entities have resources to capacity build to ensure responders are equipped with knowledge and skills to counter inequalities. SIMILARLY, THE PAPER DISCUSSES ABOUT how law enforcement officers serve as obstacles to racial discrimination since they abuse the power invested in them to advance their racial agenda. Law enforcers who are custodians of act dishonorably when confronting minority groups. People of color have been victimized in arrests since police officers use excessive force in unwarranted situations whereas others lose their lives in the process. In addition, civilians have turned against their counterparts thereby injuring, maiming, and killing them to advance their racial agenda. For instance, a white supremacist gunman shot and killed nine adherents of the Methodist Episcopal Church. The scenes depict a hate crime against innocent victims. The task requires me to act as a social worker, and address racism equality in a given community, set the agenda on ways to tackle the issue with colleagues, consider the policy alternatives, make decisions, implement the cause of action, and later examine the pros and cons of the policy. Policy implementation is a systemic process that necessitates actors to act professionally to avoid unwarranted delays caused by negligence among professionals. Thus, social workers need to establish robust community networks to fight for racial equality in communities.
