2.1 Introduction
The population of International students across the world has continually increased over time (Anayah & Kuk, 2015). More than 50 years have elapsed since the United States of America (USA) started enrolling students from foreign countries. In 1948, around 25,000 students from foreign countries were pursuing studies in different colleges in the USA. The number rose from 34,232 foreign students in 1954/55 to 547,867 in 2001. The figures rose to 582,984 students from foreign countries pursuing studies in the US (Anayah & Kuk, 2015). Most of the students studying in USA originate from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, therefore, they enrich the cultural diversity in the American colleges. The foreign students studying in the USA usually migrate with their health risk behaviors from their native land and still find other risk behaviors in the USA.
