Managers should recognize issues as they occur in an organization and adjust their processes accordingly to address these issues. Having effective management skills makes the process easier.
Organizations can adjust to changes to improve production. For organizations to make profits, they need to stay updated with the changing market conditions. Organizations that fail to make changes with the prevailing market conditions are missing vital growth opportunities.
Organizations also consider a change to respond to new regulations and hire a new employee. Essentially, there are larger pressures in the market that make organizations foster change.
