Personal Vision Statement
I envision myself as a servant leader with professionalism, self-awareness, and integrity. I want to use my leadership skills to enhance organizational communication and build teamwork that can lead to improved outcomes. My transactional leadership style will help me get the best out of my teams by integrating them as part of the decision-making process. Further, I will provide fair appraisals and feedback intended to motivate and improve performance rather than demoralize people within the organization. I envision that my leadership style will be premised on morality, justice, fairness, and equality. My vision is to become a God-fearing leader capable of incorporating Christian views of great servant leadership.
