For over nine months, schools have remained closed across the globe. This has been as a result of the coronavirus that hit the world in December 2019. However, some schools across the world have been lucky enough to start learning through online classes. Reports also indicate that the media has been at the forefront of helping students learn as they have introduced learning programs (Bond et al., 2020). But this has not been benefiting every learner in the communities. As we understand, there are still many people living in areas that do not have access to the internet or electronic devices such as Televisions, smartphones, and laptops. On the other hand, others live in areas with these resources, but they cannot afford them due to their low incomes.
