To propel this, individuals can research on the major challenges women and girls face in the society, learn about what hinders women and girls in the society from getting empowered and realizing their dreams and then communicate to the people what they have learned through many channels of communication like the social media, the print media and the mass media. Individuals can also organize meetings with members of the communities on the importance of empowering women and girls in the community.in so doing, the members of the community can change their mindset and focus on empowering women and girls in order achieve the benefits that accrue from empowerment.
