Marriott group has invested in the hotel and lodging industry in many countries. In Dubai, the company has been using different strategies to achieve its main objectives. The research aims to strategically analyze the company and all its operations in the market. The company has established itself in the market, and it has made sure it creates better outcomes in all its activities. Although there are various strategy challenges faced by the company, especially with increased competition and its loyalty program, the company has successfully established more than 16 hotels in Dubai. The company has used corporate diversification strategy, cost leadership strategies, and differentiation strategies to capture many customers in the market. However, the research recommends implementation of a diversification strategy in the company to offer most of the services in a better way. The investors and the organization will succeed through the diversification strategy in the UAE market because of increased competition in the UAE hotel industry.
