Executive Summary
PC Plus LLC is a start-up company which sells computers mainly to the engineering companies across the United States. For the company to succeed, formulation and enacting of crucial decisions are paramount. This SimVenture Business game report analyses the company about operation performance by use of a business canvas, Finance performance, and Financial forecast.
The company makes losses through the first six months of operation, ending up making only three sales. However, by the end of the year, the company manages to make more sales and realize profits. The profits in the second year increase by a higher margin. However, this is because of critical decisions made throughout two years in operations. Some of these decisions include adverts, redesign of the product, customer research, increase in wages, reduction and increase in product prices, and moving to better operations location. A financial forecast for the third year indicates the company will continue to make profits due to a standard sale of computers of 15 every month.

The Bank provides the company with the initial capital to facilitate the operations; a loan repayable over three years.
