ISO is important for any organization that wants to not only be efficient and productive but also has an edge over competitors. An example of an organization in the UAE that has implemented ISO certification is Abu Dhabi Oilfield Services Company (ADOS). It is a technology service provider that operates in the oil and gas industry. The organization has the following ISO certifications; ISO 9001:2015, API Q1 9th Edition, ISO 140001:2015, and ISO 45001: 2018 (ADOS 2015). I sought the audience of three managers in the company to understand why it sought these certifications and how it is maintaining the required standards as outlined below.
