Executive Summary
The word entrepreneurship has become highly popular in 21st century due to the reason that the world has recently seen several creative and successful entrepreneurships. People think that entrepreneurs are perfect however, that is not entirely true. There are several negative sides of entrepreneurs that are considered as dark side of entrepreneurship. This report has mentioned three such dark sides. Moving on, this report then focused on the case study of Nick and his GoPro action cameras. This report has justified the statement of Peter Drucker by elaborating how Nick through discipline has ensures success of GoPro. This report has also showcased the competitive advantages of GoPro over its rivals. However, in spite of market superiority GoPro is not safe from future threats such as competition from some big players. In order to elaborate how and what threats GoPro can face in 2019, a SWOT analysis of the organization is added along with proper explanation and analysis.

1. Introduction
GoPro on which this entire report will focus is an American technology that was founded in 2002 by Nick Woodman. GoPro currently manufactures action cameras along with mobile applications and video-editing software. However, action cameras are the products that generate most of the revenue of the company (Paro et al. 2015). With revenue of US$1.20billion, GoPro has become one of the most successful ventures around the world. This piece of work will actually focus on the founder of GoPro Nick Woodman. The main purpose of this report is to focus on entrepreneurship and then this report will focus on Nick who is also considered as a highly successful entrepreneur. After showing some dark sides of entrepreneurship, this report will display how through discipline Nick has ensured the success of GoPro. Then this report will focus on the factors that have helped GoPro action cameras to gain a competitive advantage over its rivals. This report will end by showcasing the threats that GoPro can face in the highly competitive business landscape of 2019.
