Introduction
One of the essential roles of any manager in any organisation is the mastery of all the factors, both internal and external, that affect the normal operations at the workplace. Though these factors have a bearing on the amount of progress realised by the organisation, the manager is tasked with the responsibility of positively manipulating the effects these factors have on the company (Olsen, Tse and West, 2008). Innovation is also another internal factor that cannot be overlooked when talking about Westminster Conference Center. The employees in the organisation have been given the liberty to come up with ideas that are meant to hasten the realisation of the organisation’s targets while at the same time ensuring that all the clients are satisfied with the services that they receive (Lewis and Entwistle, 1990). The welfare of the employees is well taken of through adequate staff training and adequate remuneration. The fact that the organisation has embraced technology
Conclusion
Internal factors are affecting the business are those that the business has the ability to control from the inside. As discussed above, they include the style of leadership employed in the organisation, the strength that the workers possess and the level of innovation that is encouraged by the management of the organisation.
