The leaders who are appointed or elected to an office in any of the organizations have different styles of leading such particular entities. The purpose of this report is to discuss the various types of styles in order to get an understanding of each of them. The leadership styles could either be one of the following leadership styles; Democratic leadership, bureaucratic leadership, coach-style leadership, autocratic leadership, strategic leadership, laissez-faire leadership, transformational leadership and transactional leadership. All these kind of leadership styles have an effect on the success or the failure of the organization. These styles surrounds on how the leaders make decisions that is bounding to the company. It is also worth noting that the perception of employees on each of the leadership styles in regards to which one works for them best influences the success or the failure of the organization. I am going to look extensively into each of styles in the subsequent paragraphs.
