The movie “Rashomon” is a Japanese film about the struggles of a family dealing with murder of the bride and groom. The Japanese culture is known for the industrious nature of the citizens, and the film highlights this phenomenon through the family’s struggles and the ambitions of the young Samurai. Fortunately, the film highlights different character perspectives that occur in Japan, and it helps the audience appreciate the film making of Japan and understand the culture more. The camera angles also show the different viewpoints through which the film’s story is narrated.
