Despite ranking among the most popular confectionery firms in the world, the establishment embraces an aggressive growth strategy to maintain the acclaimed status. The four elements critical in the marketing mix of Hershey merchandise include product, price, place, and promotion.
Product
A product is a tangible item that a company is trying to sell to consumers. Judging from information on its website, HERSHEY.com, the firm has a diverse product portfolio. It is mostly synonymous with chocolate snacks, but has also dabbled with nuts, candy, cookies, mints, and gums, among other consumables.
