Being a leader and dealing with people from all corners of the globe with different cultures can
be a challenging. This is due to the methods of communications to be different in social

One of the key element is that social communication needs to be explict, there needs to be a
balance between listening and speaking when working with highly contextual cultures.the most
confusion happens between two highly contexual cultures in highly contexual cultures one should
try to listen to the purpose and not to the actual words being said.
