Allowing Concealed Weapons in Schools is Unsafe
Allowing school stakeholders to carry concealed weapons to schools is a recipe for disaster. The subject of weapons in schools to counteract the possible school shooting has sparked public controversy from people of different walks of life. Those rallying behind this idea cite it as a significant effort to make schools safety havens. Conversely, those with the contrary opinion argue that giving the green light to the carriage of concealed threatens the safety of learners and increases the likelihood of tragic shootings. Permitting students, teachers, and administrators to carry weapons to school poses severe risks of misuse by troubled individuals, enhance the possibility of violence, and can facilitate violence in schools.
Allowing weapons in schools gives room for deliberate and accidental use of the weapons by troubled individuals.
