Introduction
Management is the process of guiding a group of people, or teams, conducting particular activities with the aim of achieving set goals (Ledingham& John A., et al. 2-7). According toLedingham& John et.al, proper guidance almost guarantees productivity, and this is of particular importance as within any organisation, there are set goals that assure success. Failure in management can be catastrophic as they may lead to the collapse of the institutions. Ledingham& John et.al suggets that failed management is commonly characterised by consistent strikes and employee dissatisfaction. Poor motivation contributes to poor worker performance and consequently failure of the respective department and the whole organisation as a whole. As such, Glasgow& Russell E et.aladvocates for proper management skilland motivation to workers.
Public Health Management, on the other hand, is a distinguished career in health management as it commonly found in hospital environments(Arnon& Stephen S., et al. 1059-1070).medical facilities have significant roles and responsibilities within any society, and it is critical for such institutions to be guided by reason. Arnon& Stephen S., et al. acknowledges that failure in public health management can be catastrophic to the health of the affected communities and it is, therefore, vital sectors that must be put under consideration.
In reference to (Arnon& Stephen S., et al.,) there is a particular approach through which the Public Health Management teams can consider to guarantee performance by its staff. (Johnson, G. & Scholes 12-17) acknowledges thatapropriate motivation techniques are best considered in this case as motivation drives innovation and service. Without motivation, the affected parties are prone to growing tiresome and the aspect of monotony often creates boredom. Therefore, there need to be an approached through where the staff can be relieved of these kinds of boredom in the course of their duties.
