Their involvement is considered significant in providing operative and safe care and development objectives, making nursing a suitable topic of study. It is broadly acknowledged that nursing as a career is considered favorably by society since it provides mobility and job security. With the worldwide shortage in nurses, health care is encountering a predicament, as massive turnover, nurses’ aging profile, and decline in enrolment of new individuals into the nursing profession are considered the principal reasons to address this matter. Nevertheless, nurses' retention and enrollment is often an essential topic, as it has induced an advanced concern in purposes for exiting and joining the nursing profession (Alkaya et al., 245). Furthermore, the inclination of self-sacrifice is behind the utilization of nursing, and cognizable that individuals with a high level of self-sacrifice trend select the nursing profession with an intent of helping persons with solid fondness.
Nursing scholars claim the diverse theoretical settings of nursing applications by conducting researches forming the basis of maintenance.
