Organic food is becoming more popular as time goes by. This is an aspect that can be attributed to the ideologies of American consumers, as well health and safety concerns.
Organic food contains lower amounts of pesticide. This is due to the high levels of chemicals that have been used in firms and processing of these foods. The chemicals including herbicides which are used on food produce more often than not leaves residue on the food that we eat. This is why Americans need to embrace organic food which has fewer health concerns.
