PHYSICAL THERAPY AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Physical therapy is a branch that deals with the health of an individual relayed on exercise that is intended to assist patients to boost their physical. The treatment is beneficial in patients that suffer from congenital musculoskeletal disabilities after birth and adults who have flaws like Sciatica. Additionally, when an individual has undergone surgery or various injuries, they can undergo physical therapy to help them feel better. Whereas occupational therapy is channelled towards helping a client be able to perform various activities that happen in their day to day lives. On the other hand, Physical therapy helps a patient to gain the ability required for them to perform and corporate movements of various body parts. However, there are similarities evident in both occupational therapy and physical therapy . Since in an early stage in matters regarding congenital disabilities, in young children, the aim of physical therapy and occupational therapy at such a juncture is to help the child in cooperating body movements and performing various tasks.
