Bio-psycho-social exploration focuses on the individual's biological, psychological, and social history to promote effective coexistence. Ideally, one domain adversely affects two others in a way, so adequate analysis about the client should be done by any client closest. It is an effective tool to convey information to the customer and come up with possible conclusions and recommendations about its status. Past experiences that may impact the current situation are identified and analyzed the relationship between the past and the current situation. The challenges and problems the customer seems to be facing are also obvious.
Presenting the Problem 
Elizabeth Johnson has been a victim of sexual abuse from the age of seven to fourteen. She is a young Caucasian woman who was born in California but now lives in Lincoln. She has been abused for the past seven years and reports traumatic memories in the dark. You have a history of trying to hurt yourself because of anger and unwanted feelings. You have had social problems because of your lack of self-confidence. The teenager complains of depression, has a severe Headache, and has difficulty sleeping well. Her current condition has led her to attempt suicide. She wishes s to start treatment to feel normal again, deal with her trauma problem and improve her self-esteem.
Housing
Johnson lives with his mother and his mother. When she found out that Johnson's father was sexually abusive, her mother divorced him. She and his mother moved to California for fear of his safety. They had to live modestly to be able to save their living. My mother was able to buy a small two-bedroom house where they live to this day. They both live in a seemingly harmless society as no one outside their family has ever tried to help them.
