Coca-Cola is a company registered under the beverage industry, which is the leading producer of non-alcoholic beverages in the world, having its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
Biography of the corporation.
It was formed in the year 1886 by John S Pemberton at his chemical company. John's bookkeeper came up with the name Coca-Cola and winged it in the flowing script that became its trademark. The company purchased shares to Fanta, a soft drink made in Germany in 1946. The company experiences a lot of problems being the most massive brand name worldwide (Ling, 24).
Business ethics/values and practices
Business ethics is a subsidiary of applied ethics that deals with the relationship between what is good or bad. Coca-Cola has the best value brand name in the world and has an excellent opportunity to succeed in all areas of business performance. The company has since been involved in racism, misinterpretation of market checks, modifying their earnings, and breach of contracts with vendors. The strategy of marketing that the Coca-Cola company uses promotes products for the majority of the art soft drinks to earn sales.
