The function of a human resource manager is to facilitate functions such as the training, selection, recruitment, performance management, and remuneration of the workforce. It is true that “Every manager is an HR manager” because all managers have a significant influence on H.R. management. H.R managers enforce and create an institution’s rules and traditions.
