Transnational feminism provides transformative alternatives for confronting oppression and extending freedom in various global and cultural contexts. It acknowledges the difficulties of significant 21st-century cultural transitions and gives chances for cooperation and collaboration across borders. The concepts of intersectionality, interdisciplinarity, social action and justice, and cooperation challenge the assumption that all women experience oppression and social inequality in the same manner(Zerbe Enns et al. 4).
Transnational feminist perspectives provide a comprehensive understanding of women's lives, raising awareness of the gendered aspects of social governance. Concepts of transnational feminism originated in response to the prevalent misleading interpretations of gender inequalities, which neglected minority women's multifaceted and varied social injustices within their cultural settings(Richards 5). This research paper highlights particular women issues in China, Finland, and Norway and how legislations and activists have supported transnational feminism to achieve social equality worldwide.
