The world developed 17 policies that constitute Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to promote a wide path for enhancing world inclusion and equity. Greater equality, education, reproductive rights, sexual, and reproductive health form part of the goals.1 Prince William County is composed of a population of approximately 451,721 individuals. These individuals are composed of different races. The largest percentage of people in the county is the whites, followed by Hispanic and black. 
Factors that Hinders Access to Family Planning and Reproductive Health in Prince William County
The factors that complicate accessibility to the use of contraceptives are quality, affordability, accessibility, attitude, awareness, and knowledge. According to knowledge, awareness, and attitudes, absence of precise information and misconception concerning contraceptive approaches negatively impact young adults and adolescent behaviors. In Prince William County, most women and young adolescents are not conversant with long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARCs) of birth regulation approaches. For instance, 52% are not aware of implants, while an additional 87% of women do not know IUD methods. 3
