Introduction
FarHorizon Private limited company, involved in providing welfare activities and market-oriented schemes, is suddenly facing challenges in the industry concerning the quality of products offered and materials supplied to the client in the market. It is observed that the errors while packing and labeling the materials have increased dramatically due to which the company is facing huge challenges in regards to the retention of customers. Hence, to resolve this issue of management of the company has decided to recruit three individuals for the role of production manager, learning and development executive, and logistics assistant. In light of the above discussion, research is performed to develop the job description and requirements of the three roles, which as a consequence would help the company in recruiting the best-talented candidates for this job. Moreover, one most significant recommendation is also provided for each role in regards to the recruitment channel which will help the company in recruiting the most eligible candidates from the market. Towards the end, the screening process of each role is also described in order to enable the company in making better-informed judgments in regard to the selection of candidates for the aforementioned roles.

Job Brief

The manufacturing manager will be delegated the role of monitoring and organizing the entire manufacturing process. However, they will be accountable for the smooth functioning of the production units and the quality of goods produced by the manufacturing department (Hald, 2018). It is highly expected from the production manager to have in-depth knowledge of the production procedures in order to get maximum productivity from the workers working in the workplace. Hence it can be said that the key responsibility of the manufacturing manager is to ensure that the workers of the manufacturing department are working effectively and efficiently in order to maximize client satisfaction (Kolesnikov et al., 2019).

Responsibilities
