Introduction
FarHorizon Private limited company, involved in providing welfare activities and market-oriented schemes, is suddenly facing challenges in the industry concerning the quality of products offered and materials supplied to the client in the market. It is observed that the errors while packing and labeling the materials have increased dramatically due to which the company is facing huge challenges in regards to the retention of customers. Hence, to resolve this issue of management of the company has decided to recruit three individuals for the role of production manager, learning and development executive, and logistics assistant. In light of the above discussion, research is performed to develop the job description and requirements of the three roles, which as a consequence would help the company in recruiting the best-talented candidates for this job.
