Grant franchisees an opportunity to enter a growing industry. For the company to give somebody a franchise, six steps are always followed. The client should first contact the company, and in return the company will give its feedback through an email, a franchise consultant who is dedicated will be assigned to the client. Secondly for interaction between the client and the company, the client will be required to provide more information in details to the consultant from the Home Helpers. The third requirement is that the client meets the Team Days at the company’s National Support Centre. This involves meeting the company’s key leaders or members. This marks the start of the last steps in the franchise awarding process. The meeting involves getting the company hard book which has everything concerning the Home Helpers, experiencing how key members work and their dedication, also getting to know why the company has continually held its top position in terms of success and growth. The fourth step involves the client making the right decision on whether it’s good to do business with the Home Helpers. In this step, the client finalizes the franchise agreements and also pays the fees. The fifth step involves training attendance. The sixth and the final step is; celebrating the grand opening of the client office (Österle & Bauer 2012 270).

At the home helper’s healthcare facility, we strive to uphold the rights of all the people under our care, as enshrined in the UN global charter (Meyer & Stefanova, 2001). Thorough background checks will be carried out on all potential employees of the facility to weed out these with a history of violence. Prospective employees will also be screened for substance abuse as this can be a predictor of violence. They will also be compelled to sign in writing an agreement to uphold the rights and dignity of all the occupants of the facility.
Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination in Respect to Employment
