Application for the Position of BioMADE Technology Program Manager (Senior/Mid/Associate)
I wish to apply for the position of Technology Program Manager in the BioMADE program. My application for this position aligns with my long-term career objective to enter into the professional field of research in microbiology, mycology, and molecular biology. I have demonstrated robust research skills in several projects at the University of Minnesota and Ain Shams University. My exposure to research work has also expanded my experience of working in a team environment. To this end, I have been able to effectively take responsibility of my personal work while also demonstrating successful team leadership whenever that is required. I have also developed self-discipline in meeting project deadlines through experience in my recent projects. Meeting deadlines, however limited they may be, has become an integral part of my academic and work life. Staying faithful to project timelines has also helped me develop tact when communicating with people in situations that demand quick decision making or urgent control.
My academic skills have also played a big role in the way I communicate both on paper, in person, as well as during presentations. My experience in the field of academic research covers three academic projects each of which has had variations in complexity. This exposure has propelled me towards a skillful direction in terms of providing and working on feedback, taking responsibility of situations and outcomes, and collaborating with other people ranging from supervisors to research assistants. My academic research work in microbiology makes me an excellent for the position of Technology Program Manager in line with roadmap development for project-based advancement of bioindustrial manufacturing activities.
